Established in November 2019, our helpline serves as a beacon of trust, fostering community engagement, enhancing vaccination programs, and addressing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

At ‘Sehat Tahaffuz-1166’, we are committed to educating parents and caregivers about the critical importance of vaccinating children against vaccine preventable diseases. Under the visionary leadership of Director General – FDI, our call center representatives undergo specialized training in communication strategies to effectively address public concerns and provide accurate information.

Helpline operates under the umbrella of Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (MoNHSR&C) at the National Emergency Operation Centre (NEOC). Through collaboration with esteemed partners such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), UNICEF and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, we support immunization roll-out plans nationwide.

Since January 2022, ‘Sehat Tahaffuz-1166’ has been managed by the Federal Directorate of Immunization (FDI), under the expert guidance of Director General, FDI. This transition has led to the implementation of a digitalized Complaint Management System (CMS) to efficiently track and resolve public-reported issues, ensuring effective operations across all segments.
